Can you clean outside of our business hours?
Yes — most commercial clients prefer evening or early-morning service so we're never in the way. We'll build a schedule around when your space is empty.
How often should we schedule?
It depends on foot traffic. High-traffic offices and clinics usually go nightly or three times a week; smaller offices and storefronts do well on a weekly or bi-weekly plan. We'll recommend a cadence when we walk the space.
Do you provide the consumables?
We can either use the paper, soap, and liners you already stock, or manage the supply for you and bill it through. Whichever is easier for your team.
Are you insured?
Bring this up on your quote call and we'll walk you through our current coverage and provide documentation for your records before service starts.
Can we start with a one-time clean?
Definitely. Many clients start with a single deep clean or post-construction clean, then decide whether to move to a recurring schedule.
Do you handle multiple locations?
